 WOW!  The first snow hasn’t even melted and here’s another.  It’s only January.

Love the snow when I can view from inside.

INSIDE OUT IN SEPIA, SHADOWS, AND SILHOUETTES

We had our first snow storm in almost two years.  These photos through the window grids appear as black and white images. The fern and shells inside look like shadows; the snow their back drop.

Through another window grid the snow coats my Tulip Magnolia's branches.  You can see the top of the snowy stripes on my pergola in the lower right corner.

Our First Snow of 2017

After several weeks of temps approaching 60 degrees, winter has finally arrived in Maryland.   

As the images progress you'll see that the snowfall increases.

I've managed to get some wreaths up.  That's about it for my holiday decor at this point.

I have this wonderful sphere suspended above my table on my screened porch.
