When most of my perennials have finished blooming, my Black-eyed Susans surprise me with their burst of yellow. They're my lovely late bloomers. I've been meaning to take some photos of them and was forced to grab the camera when a swallowtail butterfly decided to flutter among them and some lavender phlox. Enjoy.
So, how does your garden grow? Please share.
Kathy
we have one teensy little clump my mom gave us from her garden this spring.... but that little clump has many flowers and will continue to do well!
ReplyDeletewe have lots of green now, and not too many flowers, too, besides some roses (we just planted, so again not too many) and our russian sage which we inherited and can not be tamed!
Unfortunately the deer enjoyed my pink old fashioned phlox. I was upset because the clump was gifted from my Mom's garden. Yours is so pretty Kathy! Have a wonderful weekend. xo
